SOLATA Z VEGANSKO HRENOVKO

Uspela kombinacija zelene solate, kuhanega graha, koruze, paradižnika … in veganske hrenovke!

SESTAVINE:
– zelena solata
– paradižnik
– 2 ohlajena kuhana krompirja
– konzerva koruza (polovica)
– skodelica graha
– veganska klobasica/hrenovka
– sol, bučno olje, kis, voda

POSTOPEK:
Najprej damo vegansko hrenovko za 10 min kuhat. Med tem pripravimo: operemo, narežemo, precedimo … ostale sestavine. Skuhano hrenovko narežemo na 2 cm dolge valje in dodamo v skledo. Premešamo z dodanim kisom, bučnim oljem, soljo in vodo.
