SEITAN S ŠPINAČO

SESTAVINE:
– 2 rezini kupljenega seitana
– olje (kokosovo, olivno, sončnično …)
– konzerva belega fižola
– blitva ali špinača
– sol
– veganski parmezan za posip, po želji

POSTOPEK:
Seitan popečemo na vročem olju. Spasiramo blitvo ali špinačo ter konzervo belega fižola, posolimo in postrežemo.
